About Our American Wagyu
Fresh American Wagyu
We offer American Wagyu Beef. All our Beef is 50% or greater with Wagyu genetics. We run a Registered Fullblood Akaushi Bull, on our established herd of Angus and Charlaios cows.
The offspring is then raised by mom till 6-8 months of age.
Offspring stay on the farm here in Woolford Md. Where they live on a pasture with free choice grass,

Offspring stay on the farm here in Woolford Md. Where they live on a pasture with free choice grass, hay, supplements, clean water, and fed a balance ration of grain for optimal nutrition. We keep a low key environment for all our animals to flourish.
At Harvest time our steer are loaded up and hauled, by my husband or myself to our trusted USDA butcher.
Everything is vacuumed seal and flash frozen to preserve the freshness.
